This is definitely a buyers market, if you have money in place.

If you are interested in a little sweat equity, and are looking for a foreclosure there are many on the market.  Most foreclosures need some type of repair. Be sure and get the inspections done before closing so you know what you are buying. As your Buyers Agent, I'll help you find a home inspector.
